Raptivity เป็นโปรแกรม ที่ช่วยให้ ผู้สร้างสื่อการเรียนการสอน สามารถสร้าง สื่อปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Interactive Content) ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว หรือที่เรียกว่า "Rapid Interactive e-Learning" ทั้งในรูปแบบของสื่อการเรียนการสอน หรือ สื่อที่ใช้ในการอบรม ได้ด้วยตนเอง โดยไม่จำเป็น ต้องมีทักษะสูง หรือเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ (Programmer) เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มเติมคุณลักษณะ ในการนำเสนอเนื้อหา ในบทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิกส์ (Courseware) ให้น่าสนใจมากขึ้น เราสามารถนำสื่อปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Interactive Content) ที่สร้างขึ้นจาก Raptivity ไปประยุกต์ใช้งาน ร่วมกับระบบ e-Learning อื่น ๆ ที่มีอยู่ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นระบบ LCMS LMS CMS หรือ ระบบการเรียนการสอนอื่น ๆ ได้อย่างง่ายดาย โดยสื่อปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Interactive Content) ที่สร้างขึ้นนั้น สามารถบันทึกเป็นไฟล์ Flash ได้ทันที ทำให้ง่ายต่อการเผยแพร่ผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต (Internet) และไม่จำเป็นที่จะต้องติดตั้งโปรแกรมเสริมใด ๆ เพิ่มเติม ดังตัวอย่างคลิก เพื่อดูตัวอย่างสื่อปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Raptivity Interactivity Samples)
